 மா இலைகளை வெட்டிய பிறகு குறைந்தது இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு ஆக்ஸிஜனை வெளியிடுவது தொடர்கிறது. 

அதனால்தான், எல்லா விழாக்களிலும் காற்றை புதியதாக வைத்திருக்க அவை பயன்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன, குறிப்பாக மக்கள் அதிகமாக இருக்கும்போது. 

நமது சனாதன தர்மம் மா இலைகளை நம் வீட்டு வாசலில் கட்டி வைக்க தூண்டும் காரணம்.... 

இந்த காணொளியில் மா இலையை ஆய்வகத்தில் வெட்டி மைக்ரோஸ்கோப்பில் வைத்து... இலையில் இருந்து வெளிவரும் குமிழிகள் ஆக்ஸிஜன்... ரிஷிகள் இதனை ஆயிரமாண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னாலேயே அறிந்து அதை நம் கலாச்சாரத்தின் ஒரு அங்கமாக ஆக்கினார்கள்.... 🚩🚩🚩

நயன்தாரா நகர் என இரு பகுதிகள்...

தமன்னா நகரில் திருநெல்வேலி பகுதியை சேர்ந்த அஜித் என்பவர் ஒரு  கடையை ஆரம்பித்தார். காலை 6.00 மணிக்கு அவரது மனைவி ஷாலினி கடையைத் திறந்து வைப்பார். காலையில் பால் பாக்கெட் வியாபாரம் நடக்கும். அதற்குள் மார்க்கெட் சென்று  அஜித் காய்கறி வாங்கி வந்து விற்க ஆரம்பிக்க மனைவி ஷாலினி சமைத்து வர வீட்டுக்குப் போவார். பின் மனைவி  மதியம் வந்து கடையைப் பார்க்க சிறிது ஓய்வுக்குப் பின் கணவன் அஜித் வர, மனைவி ஓய்விற்குச் செல்ல....மாலை கணவன் மனைவி இருவரும் இணைந்து வியாபாரத்தைக் கவனிக்க...சுறுசுறுப்பும் நேர்மையும் பணிவும் #வியாபாரத்தில் அவர்களுக்கு

#வெற்றியைத் தந்தது. பிழைக்க வந்த ஊரிலே அவர்கள் நாலு வீடு வாங்கினார்கள்... இருப்பினும் தொழில் அதே போலவே.....

இது கற்பனைக்கதை அல்ல. உங்கள் வாழ்வில் நீங்கள் பார்த்த கதை தான்.பார்த்த நபர்கள் தான்.

சரி,

நயன்தாரா_நகருக்கு வருவோம். அங்கே மளிகைக் கடை கிடையாது. மக்களுக்குச் சேவை செய்ய அரசு மளிகைக்கடை ஆரம்பித்தது. 

இரு பணியாளர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட்டனர். யூனியன் சொன்னது. ஒரு நாளைக்கு எட்டு மணி நேரம் மட்டுமே வேலை, ஒரு மணி நேரம் ஓய்வு என்று... 

எனவே கடை காலை 10 மணிக்குத் திறக்கப்பட்டது. மற்றொரு நபர் மார்க்கெட் சென்று காய்கறி வாங்கப் போவார். அதிகாலையில் விற்றது போக மீதி காய்ந்த காய்கறிகள் கடைக்கு 1 மணிக்கு வரும். 1மணி முதல் 2 மணி வரை லஞ்ச் இடைவேளை.

அதற்குள் ஏரியா பெண்கள் குழம்பு வைத்து பசி ஆறி இருப்பர். வியாபாரம் நடக்குதோ இல்லையோ 6 மணிக்குக் கடையைப் பூட்டி விட்டுக் கிளம்பி விடுவார்கள். 

இதில் பணம் வாங்க என பெண் பணியாளர் ஒருவரை அரசு நியமித்தது. 

கடையை யார் கூட்டுவது என்பது சண்டையாகி யூனியன் மூலம் சமாதானமாகி துப்புறவுத் தொழிலாளர் ஒருவர் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார். இப்போது நான்கு ஊழியர்கள். கடைக்கு வந்த பெண்ணை எடை போடுபவர் காதலித்துத் திருமணம் செய்துக்கொண்டார். இருவருக்கும் HRA வீட்டு அலவன்ஸ் அரசு தந்தது. ஒரே வீட்டில் இருவரும் இருந்தனர்.

பெண் பணியாளருக்குக் குழந்தை பிறந்ததால் 9 மாதம் விடுப்பு அரசு தந்தது. இதற்கு மாற்றாக வரும் நபர் மாலை மட்டுமே வருவதால் 9 மாதங்களும் மாலை மட்டுமே வியாபாரம் நடக்கும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது...

தமன்னா நகர் , நயன்தாரா  நகருக்கு அருகே இருந்ததால் இந்த நகர மக்கள் அங்கே சென்று காய்கறி மளிகை சாமான்களை வாங்கிக்கொண்டனர். 

அரசு மளிகைக்கடை பெரும் நட்டத்தைச் சம்பாதித்தது.ஊழியர்களுக்குச் சம்பளம் தரமுடியவில்லை. கடையை 

மூடலாம் என அரசு முடிவெடுத்த போது அந்த அரசுமளிகைக்கடையின் ஊழியர்கள் சொன்னார்கள்:

"நாங்கள் மக்களுக்கு சேவை செய்கிறோம். கடையை மூடக்கூடாது"...

புரிந்ததா...?

அவ்வளவுதான்...!

ஏர் இந்தியாவை டாடா நிறுவனம் வாங்கியதால் ஏற்படப்போகும் மாற்றத்தை உணரலாம்... 

அரசு ஏரோப்ளேனை என்ன,

 ரிக்‌ஷாவை ஓட்டினாலும் நட்டம்தான் வரும்...

Feeding Crows during Mahalaya/Pitru Paksha

 Why do we feed crows as offerings to our ancestors? Why do we use this lowly bird as a medium to feed our ancestors?

The crow is not a lowly bird for the following reasons:

1.  Crows wake up at Brahma Mahurat everydays. (A hen and cock may miss a morning, but a crow never misses it).

2.  If a crow finds food, it immediately caws and calls other crows to share (no other animal or bird has this sterling trait)

3.  Crows don't eat after sunset, the shastras too advise against eating after sunset.

All three qualities are something that our ancestors would advise us. Hence they are said to use the crow as the medium and not any other being.

 *But why feed them during Mahalaya* ? This is the only season crows mate and breed. *So what?* Our civilization wanted crows to breed and multiply. *But why?* To have more Peepal and Banyan trees around us. *What do crows have to do with Peepal and Banyan trees?* Peepal and Banyan trees sprout only and only from the seeds that have passed through the intestinal tract of crows, and not from anything else. *But why this interest to have more Peepal and Banyan trees?* Unlike other trees, Peepal and Banyan trees give out oxygen 24 X 7. They are oxygen plants!

So the next time, someone calls this a superstitious practice, educate the person with this knowledge.

 Hello. I am Arvind Nayak (Mumbai).

We had booked Kuwait Airways flight Mumbai-Milan-Mumbai from *MakeMyTrip* site in December 2019 for a Pharma conference. Our visit dates were from 11th October 2020 to 18th October 2020. But due to COVID, we had to cancel the tickets from the MakeMyTrip app in August 2020.

Kuwait Airways deducted a nominal amount and returned a large amount of our refund to MakeMyTrip in September 2020 itself. But, since then, we had to run from pillar to post between MakeMyTrip and Citibank since our Refund amount never got credited to the credit card account as promised. There was no response to numerous phone calls and mails sent to MakeMyTrip.

Then, on 09th July 2021, I discovered the CPGRAMS site. *CPGRAMS* means *Centralized Public Grievance Redress & Monitoring System*. From that I got Direct *PMO* - Prime Minister's Office site - https: //www.pmindia.gov.in/en/main/

From the site given above, in a few words, I wrote my Grievance to the PMO office, attached the relevant documents (there is such a facility on the site) and a miracle happened.

1. I immediately received a registration no. in my email with all details of my complaint.

2. I got the name, email ID and direct phone number of the officer to whom my complaint has been forwarded. It all happened in 1-2 days.

3. On 13th July I received an email from MakeMyTrip (on instructions of the Ministry of Tourism) asking for a few details.

4. Everyday, I could track the progress of my complaint myself by entering the registration number-complete Transparency!!

And then, another MIRACLE happened on *19th July 2021*. The refund amount was CREDITED to the bank account by NEFT from MakeMyTrip!!

Really COMMENDABLE!! No words to praise this fantastic initiative by the government- and it REALLY WORKS!!

It just shows the efforts of the government towards bringing full transparency in their working and their genuine concern for the citizens and their grievances!

Many of us say that these things don't work in India . 

A few months back, the Faridabad Municipal Corporation laid new roads in an area and the residents were very happy about it. But 2 weeks later, BSNL dug up the newly laid roads to install new cables which annoyed all the residents. A resident used the above listed grievance forum to highlight his concern. To his surprise, BSNL and Municipal Corporation of Faridabad were served a show cause notice and the guy received a copy of the notice in one week. Government has asked the MC and BSNL about the goof up as it's clear that both the government departments were not in sync at all. 

So use this grievance forum and let all the country men/women/youth who don't know about this facility. 

This way we can at least raise our concerns instead of just talking about the 'System' in India .

பாலி எனும் தீவு

 உலகின் மிகப்பெரிய இஸ்லாம் நாடான இந்தோனேசியாவில் உள்ள ஒரூ தீவு தான் பாலி (BALI). இங்கே 93 சதவீத மக்கள் ஹிந்துக்கள். 42 லட்சம் ஹிந்துக்களின் தாயகமாக பாலி விளங்குகிறது.

ஒரு காலத்தில் ஹிந்து ராஜ்யமாக இருந்த இந்தோனேசியாவில், முஸ்லிம்களின் படையெடுப்பிற்கு பிறகு பெரும்பான்மை மக்கள் முஸ்லிம்களாக மாற்றப்பட்டனர். இஸ்லாமியர்கள் மஜாபஹிட் (Majapahit ) என்ற கடைசி ஹிந்து மன்னரை வீழ்த்திய பிறகு ஹிந்து மதத்தை விட்டு மாறாமல் இருந்த மக்கள் பாலிக்கு குடிபெயர்ந்தனர்.

பாலியை பற்றிய சுவாரசியமான தகவல்கள்.

1. இங்கே ஒவொரு ஆண்டும் மார்ச் மாதத்தில் ஒரு நாள் மௌன விரதம் கடைபிடிக்கபடுகிறது. Nyepi day என்று சொல்கிறார்கள். ஹிந்துகளின் பண்டிகை போன்ற அந்த நாளில் இந்தோனேசியா முழுவதும் விடுமுறை அளிக்கபடுகிறது. காலை 6 மணி முதல், மாலை 6 மணி வரை எந்த போக்குவரத்தும் இருக்காது. பன்னாட்டு விமான நிலையமான Denpasar (bali) விமான நிலையம் கூட மூடப்பட்டு இருக்கும். யாரும் பேசிக்கொள்ள மாட்டார்கள். வீட்டில் இருந்தபடியே தியானம் செய்வார்கள்.

2. பாலியில் உள்ள ஹிந்து கலாச்சாரம் இந்திய ரிஷிகளிடமிருந்து வந்தது தான். பாலி பள்ளிகளில் இன்றும் கூட ரிஷிகளை பற்றிய பாடங்கள் இருக்கின்றன. புராணங்களில் வரும் மார்கண்டேய, அகஸ்திய, பரத்வாஜ ரிஷிகளை பற்றி இந்தியாவில் யாருக்கும் தெரியாத நிலையில், இந்த ரிஷிகளை பற்றி பாலி குழந்தைகள் கூட தெரிந்து வைத்து இருக்கிறார்கள்.

3. பாலியில் ஆணுக்கும், பெண்ணுக்கும் தேசிய உடை 'வேஷ்டி' தான். எந்த ஒரு பாலி கோவிலுக்கும் வேஷ்டி அணியாமல் ஆணோ, பெண்ணோ உள்ளே செல்ல முடியாது. இந்தியாவில் கூட சில கோவில்களில்தான் பாரம்பரிய உடை கட்டாயமாக உள்ளது (குருவாயூர் போன்ற). ஆனால் பாலியில் அனைத்து கோவில்களிலும் நமது உடை அணிந்து தான் செல்ல வேண்டும்.

4. பாலியின் சமூக, பொருளாதார, அரசியல் கட்டமைப்பு ரிஷிகள் உருவாகிய tri-hita-karana என்ற கோட்பாட்டின் படி தான் அமைந்துள்ளது. அதைதான் அவர்கள் தங்கள் வாரிசுகளுக்கும் சொல்லிக்கொடுக்கிறார்கள். Parahyangan - Pawongan - Palemahan என்று பொருள்படும். tri-hita-karana என்பது சமஸ்கிருதம்.

5. Trikala Sandhya என்பது சூரிய நமஸ்காரம். அணைத்து பாலி பள்ளிகளிலும் கட்டயாமாக மூன்று வேலை சூரிய நமஸ்காரம் செய்கிறார்கள். அதே போல மூன்று வேலையும் காயத்ரி மந்திரத்தை அவர்கள் பள்ளியில் சொல்லவேண்டும். பொதுவாக பாலி ரேடியோவில் மூன்று வேலை சூரிய நமஸ்காரம் செய்ய வேண்டிய நேரத்தில் அதை ஒலிபரப்புவார்கள். இந்தியாவில் சூரிய நமஸ்காரதிர்க்கு எதிர்ப்பு தான் வருகிறது. 5 வேலை நமாஸ் செய்ய சொல்வார்கள் போல.

6. பாலி கோவில் பூசாரிகளின் சம்பளத்தை இந்தோனேசியா அரசாங்கமே கொடுக்கிறது. முஸ்லிம் மத நாடான இந்தோனேசியாவில் அனைத்து மத கோவில் பூசாரிகளின் சம்பளத்தை அரசே கொடுக்கிறது.

7. இந்தோனேசிய நாட்டின் மூதாதையர்கள் அனைவரும் ஹிந்துக்களே, அதனால் அவர்களின் பண்பாடுகளில் இந்திய கலாசாரமே அதிகம் கலந்துள்ளது.

8. உலகில் அரிசி விளைவிக்கும் நாடுகளில் இந்தோனேசியா முக்கிய இடம் வகிக்கிறது, பாலி தீவு முழுவதும் அரிசி வயல்கள் தான் இருக்கின்றது. பாலி மக்கள் விளைந்த அரிசியை முதலில் ஸ்ரீ தேவி, பூதேவி (Shri Devi and Bhu Devi ) ஆகிய தெய்வங்களுக்கு தான் படைக்கிறார்கள். அனைத்து வயல்களிலும் இந்த இரண்டு தெய்வங்களும் கோவில் இருக்கும், விவசாயிகள் இந்த இரு தெய்வங்களை வணங்கிய பிறகு தான் விவசாய தொழிலுக்கு செல்வார்கள். 9ஆவது நூற்றாண்டிலேயே விவசாய மற்றும் நீர்பாசன விதிமுறைகளை ஹிந்து பெரியோர்கள் கற்றுகொடுத்து இருக்கிறார்கள். அதற்க்கு Subak System என்று பெயர். இங்கே நீர் பாசனம் முழுவதும் கோவில் பூசாரிகளின் கட்டுபாட்டில் தான் இருக்கும். உலக வங்கியே Subak System பின் பற்றுமாறு மற்ற நாட்டினருக்கு அறிவுரை வழங்கி உள்ளது குறிப்பிட தக்கது. இந்தியர்கள் கொண்டு வந்த இந்த விஞ்ஞானம் இன்று இந்தியாவில் இல்லை.

9. பாலி ஹிந்துக்கள் பூஜை செய்யும் பொழுது பிரிண்ட் செய்யப்பட்ட புத்தகங்களை வாசிப்பது இல்லை. இன்றும் கூட அவர்கள் கையால் எழுதப்பட்ட ஓலை சுவடியையே (Lontar) பயன்படுத்துகிறார்கள். ராமாணயம் அனைவருக்கும் தெரிந்து இருக்கும்.ராமாணய ஓலைசுவடியை நல்ல நாட்களில் எடுத்து வரும் திருவிழா நடைபெறும்.

10. அனைத்து திருவிழாகளிலும் பாலி நடனம் ஆடுவார்கள், அதில் பெரும்பாலும் இராமாயண இதிகாசங்களை கதைகளாக சொல்வார்கள். ஹிந்துக்களின் சொர்க்க பூமி பாலி என்பதில் எந்த சந்தேகமும் இல்லை. உலகின் அழகிய தீவுகளில் பாலி முக்கிய இடம் வகிக்கிறது. அழகிய இடங்கள், அமைதியான வாழ்க்கை முறை, பாரம்பரியமிக்க ஹிந்து கலாச்சாரம், நடனம், இசை என்று இந்த தீவு உலக சுற்றுலா பயணிகளை அதிகம் கவருவதில் ஆச்சிரியம் ஏதும் இல்லை.
